This 3D resin skeleton hand pendant is truly one of a kind! This oval pendant features a white skeleton hand that was tinted with alcohol ink against a red alcohol ink tinted background. This pendant is on a 24″ ball chain which can be cut to your desired length.

#FBF The very first 3 pieces of #alcoholinkart I ever sold - bought by a single customer! I sold them in July of 2018, and I totally remember how #excited I was! I had only just started #painting with #alcoholink 2 months before, so I was both #surprised and #delighted! Looking back on these, I know I was still learning how to control #alcoholinks and as proud as I am of those pieces, I know I’ve #improved a lot and I’ve definitely learned how to control the inks. I’m sharing these now to hopefully #inspireothers to not give up when they start out with alcohol inks- or anything #creative for that matter. #Persistence, #consistency, and #practice is what it takes to #improve... if you’re thinking of giving up a #hobby, just imagine where you might be with it in two years if you keep at it. This #amazing new #alcoholink #substrate from #Funkadelic is called ELF film, short for Erbium Laser Film, developed by the #brilliantmind of @erbiefunkkenall. ELF is a #silvery film that casts #shimmery #rainbows, and is meant to be mostly covered by specialty #alcoholinks, especially the #pearlescent #Chiffon #inks from Funkadelic. When I #painted “Athena” the #butterfly, I was careful to leave areas of the ELF uncovered to show off the #rainbowy quality of the film. As you can see in the still photos, it depends on the angle of your lighting to see the #rainboweffect and the #differentcolors that appear. I’m in a test group trying out products from @grafixartsplastics , and today I had an idea for Grafix’s Dura-Bright Black... I dipped a silicone tipped #sculpturetool into #maskingfluid to “paint” #treesilhouettes on the #black #plastic-y substrate. I let it dry, and I wet down the whole surface with #blendingfluid fur #alcoholink. Then I swirled in the magical #shimmery inks from #Funkadelic- both the #LiquidDichro and the #Chiffon #alcoholinks and let those dry. Then I used a rubber cement pick-up to peel up my masking fluid. I dotted in a few #stars with Snowcap from @ranger_ink. My scan really doesn’t do the #alcoholinkart justice, the video helps show off the inks, but it’s way #sparklier in person. “Erbium Aurora” 12”x9”, my biggest piece of art to date! 😂
