SHIPPING POLICIES:

FREE SHIPPING on all of my art and jewelry to the USA.

International Shipping: Please contact me for a shipping quote before your purchase. If you have already purchased my art, you will be contacted via email with the addition fee you will owe for shipping. Please note your order will not ship without paying for the extra postage.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

Contact me within 7 days of delivery

Ship item(s) back within 14 days of delivery

Refunds will be given once art is returned and in the original condition and original packaging in which the art was sent. If item the item is not in the original condition in which it was sent or is damaged due to returning it in packaging that is insufficient, the buyer is responsible for loss in value. NO REFUNDS on commissioned art.

Please be aware that the colors that are displayed on your device may be slightly different than the actual painting. Returns and exchanges are not applicable because of the color difference.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may request to cancel your online order within 12 hours of placing your order and you will be fully refunded.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

You may request to exchange your purchase for another item of equal value. If the value of the exchanged item is higher than the item you are exchanging it for, you will be refunded the difference excluding shipping. If the value of the exchanged item is lower than the item you are exchanging it for, you will be expected to pay the difference excluding shipping. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges and shipping charges for new item.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
